After spotting the murderer among the police force that has apprehended him, Satoru successfully triggers a "Revival" through sheer willpower for the first time ever. This "Revival" brings him back to February 28th, just three days before Kayo is murdered. During school the next day, Kenya confronts Satoru about Kayo's situation at home, admitting that he's known for a while now about the domestic violence. Kenya offers Satoru his assistance. During the birthday party on March 2nd, Satoru excuses himself stating that he's left something at school, and proceeds to sabotage Jun Shiratori's house by throwing a rock through his father's bedroom window, which fabricates a situation for the cops to get involved, and effectively removes Jun from the suspect list if something were to happen that night. After that, Satoru seeks out Kayo's mother, and attempts to assault her. He's stopped by Kenya, who convinces Satoru that it would be a bad idea to get arrested for assault, and they decide on a different course of action. When Satoru arrives back at the party, he proceeds to walk Kayo home. During their walk back, Satoru asks Kayo if he can 'abduct' her. She agrees, and he takes her to an abandoned bus that Kenya is waiting at. They equip the bus with a heater, and close off the windows, making it a hideout for Kayo to 'disappear' in for the next few days. On march 3rd, Kayo explains that she plans to take the blame for the 'abduction' stating the she will tell everyone that it was her idea, removing the potential for anyone involved to get in trouble. Late that night, an unknown character enters the bus while Kayo is sleeping. (Source: Wikipedia)
