Long Episodes

Episodes that are longer than the series-level runtime that TVDB/TMDB currently (July 2016) store. Typically these episodes are twice the normal length (LWT is usually only off by 5-15 minutes), and my stopgap solution is to add two "plays" to Trakt so my time watched is closer to accurate.

Episodes may remain on this list even after Trakt updates the runtime and I remove the extra play, just so I can continue to keep track of them in case the data goes bad again in the future.
