Takuya Saotome, a skilled but completely unknown and low-income professional mahjong player, gets deceived by his live-in girlfriend, leaving him with a debt of 5 million yen. With disowned parents and no reliable relatives or acquaintances to turn to, Saotome is bewildered when Mama Nabe, the owner of his regular gay bar, suggests, "Crossdress as a female professional player!" in an absurd proposal.

However, with no other options left and driven by revenge against his ex-girlfriend and the mahjong world, Saotome decides to become a female professional mahjong player and earn a living!
