This version of Onisarashi-hen is told through the eyes of Minai Tomoe, a policewoman who is investigating the strange occurrences happening all over Japan. Akasaka Mamoru and Ooishi Kuraudo are present in this chapter, as well as Tomoe's younger sister, Minai Madoka who is also a police officer, and another male officer, Fujita Shingo.
