Kenji, a curious boy, helps his older brother in one of his missions. Kenji's brother is secretly a a member of the japanese branch of Mezzon, an organization that protects peace, using the code name Mezzon J. Kenji is then chosen to become a temporary member, with the code name Mezzon Z.
