Two people were arrested in Manila, Philippines, for attempting to use dynamite to break into a bank safe.

The president of the bank, who is planning to build a leisure resort on an uninhabited island, hires the two men for their knowledge of explosives. They were supposed to help dispose of the unexploded bombs from the war, but that is only on the surface.
