Yamagishi and Fukurokoji, fresh from university, are starting as the first male teachers in the prestigious girls' Harenochi school. Sure enough, like the predecessor Harenchi Gakuen, the school isn't lacking in perverted teachers and students.

Heisei Harenchi Gakuen was first released in volume form when it was included in the 6 volume reissue of Harenchi Gakuen by Koike Shoin in 2007, and was later released as a standalone ebook.

The series was included in the Italian release of Harenchi Gakuen by Edizioni BD under the J-POP imprint in 2016.
