The protagonist, a Dark Elf with a mysterious past, enrolls in the prestigious Great Cavern Academy, a school dedicated to training elite dungeon conquerors. However, soon after enrolling, the protagonist is attacked by a dragon and finds themselves in grave danger!

Just in the nick of time, a red-haired girl named Hanako, wielding a massive hammer, appears on the scene! Circumstances lead the protagonist to join Hanako's conquest unit. But what does it mean when their first timed challenge is "Why don't we just die once and see what happens?"
