This is a sequel of Super Doctor K.

The story is starting off with K, now a suspect for trying to kill the US President. Further more in the story, it shows that K is actually has a sister he never knows of. Yet, unlike K, her path toward medical career is full with hatred and vengeance and her aim is destructive.
