A small but unimportant hero For me, as a person who is not very familiar with Mavrel comics, the choice of the creators of the new hero of the cinematic universe was a little puzzled. Ant-man. It even sounds a little funny. What will the narration be about. However, after watching it, I immediately understood the thoughts and tactically correct course of the film studio. We have already seen a lot, but "Ant-Man" has managed to open a new page in the development of his world for the audience. The film is aimed at a younger audience. Jokes, the relationship between father and daughter, the presentation of the material — everything seems so simple and even cute. But in general, serious questions are raised about the relationship of the protagonist with the law, the difficulty of adapting a person who has been in prison and the love line (how can it be without it). Marvel did a great thing by showing two Ants in the film at once. This is both a tribute to the past and an interest in modernity. And all the characters fit perfectly into the plot of the picture. Scott Lang is an interesting figure. From all sides, a positive character, but who could not find himself and went down the path of crime. Now he regrets it, tries to get on the right path. Paul Rudd feels the character perfectly and demonstrates the experiences and problems of the characters on the screen. His daughter is important to him, what she thinks about him. The girl is his motivator in life, the goal to which you need to go, helping people so that she can be proud of her father, and not keep silent about the fact that he is a criminal. Michael Douglas is good. From his hero there is a chill of a calculating person who has some hidden plans on his mind. And the whole movie, looking at Douglas, you expect some kind of trick. Great job. Bravo. The friends of the main character, especially Michael Pena, also fit in perfectly. Many people already dream of his telling the entire chronology of the cinematic universe in an excellent manner. As always, he is convincing, bright and funny in his image. Despite a certain "childishness" of the film, the villain performed by Corey Stoll gets goosebumps. He has an icy look, big ambitions and you don't think in any way that everything can end well, since this character is in the picture. An excellent performance by an actor who managed to become a worthy opponent of Ants. The movie is beautiful. The surrounding world is perfectly shown from the point of view of small creatures. There are valiant ants and dangerous tap water, the trampling of thousands of human feet. Anyway, you can imagine how dangerous and even terrible it would be to be in a world where you are very small. The graphics and the scene are great, and the microcosm where the hero turns out to be is simply inimitable. The picture makes you think about a lot. First of all, what kind of person you are. Whether your children will look at you with admiration or not, what should you strive for in your life to become an idol for your child. This is an important topic for every person. Another point is the image of the quantum world. This is such a colorful immersion that the viewer thinks, who are we in the universe? What is our place in it. After all, in fact, we and our world are just a grain of infinity around. It's a little creepy. "Ant-Man" is a good sound film in which the creators showed the freshness of the cinematic universe, an interesting story, humor and forced the audience to think about their own. 7 out of 10
