The green monster is fighting with itself "The Incredible Hulk" was announced as an integral part of the new Marvel film franchise. Many were confused, considering the film a continuation of the 2003 project of the same name. But it was a completely different approach. A new story, but already in the opening credits themselves, shots are played that strongly resemble the action of the same 2003 film. Sometimes you think that it's really a continuation. However, a new story is shown here, with new actors and new enemies. The project is well supported by the play of the excellent actor Edward Norton. He has a lot of dramatic roles in his piggy bank. And here he proved himself no worse, although the film seems to be like a comic book. That's the beauty of it. And in such projects there is a place for good drama, the experiences of the characters, their evolution. Norton plays scientist Bruce Banner, who became a participant in the experiment and acquired a unique opportunity to become a green terrifying monster. But the whole movie we see him struggling with his alter ego. It is clear that he is tired of wandering, hiding, not sleeping. Norton conveys these emotions well. At the same time, his hero is purposeful and wants to "heal" somehow. His love interest, played by Liv Tyler, looks a little pale against the background of Norton. Although Liv is a good actress. I associate this with a scenario where the main focus is still on the Hulk and Banner. Tim Roth showed himself well. Villains always worked out well for him. Here, he can literally make a hole in the enemy with his eyes. And his Abomination, in my opinion, is the most disgusting character in all the films of the Marvel cinematic universe. The use of computer graphics was inevitable in such a film. After all, two monsters appeared in front of the audience at once. And it is clearly visible that technology has once again stepped forward. Everything looks decent and realistic. It is important to note that this picture is quite different from the rest of the films of the cinematic universe. This feeling does not leave ten years later. The "Incredible Hulk" drops out. The style is a little different. But the hero is alive and real. I want to look at him, empathize with him. You perfectly understand how a person feels when he is alone against the whole world. And almost no one undertakes to help him. You need to have the most powerful endurance to be safe for others, to go to extreme limits for yourself. I mean conflicts in which he can easily defeat others or intimacy with women, which entails another transformation into a monster. "The Incredible Hulk" is a good film, slightly torn in the narrative, but quite interesting and necessary for the cinematic universe. He gathered his audience and revealed the character well. I coped with my task. 9 out of 10
