First Encounter(1997)

The Earthship ISS Galant Fox, while heading back home to earth, encounters an alien spacecraft adrift in deep space. When efforts to establish communication fail, the crew boards the mysterious ship. Their discovery of it's inhabitants, a crew of alien creatures locked in a defective suspended animation system, sparks fierce disagreements among the crew over whether or not to resuscitate the aliens.
