The final step of the Favorites "What do you want?" — the metallic voice of the Main computer. "Peace," is the answer of the Chosen One. This phrase, as with the first viewing of the third "Matrix", makes goosebumps run through the body. The finale is close, and the viewer and Neo have finally reached where they were destined to go. And the last decisive battle is ahead… The film begins almost exactly where the previous picture ended, thereby immediately sending us into the thick of things. Suddenly you realize that, in fact, nothing has changed in the plot for the city of people that is hidden deep under the surface. Cars, as at the beginning of the second film, are still digging, and all the roof-bearing actions of the Chosen One and around him do not even seem to have affected the overall picture in any way. Of course, this is not the case, and the viewer will be convinced more than once of the importance of the main character and his comrades. The narration itself is a bit boring. After the stormy second part of the saga, it's kind of "quiet" here. And even quietly in the literal sense, when Neo is in the frame, and he says something. Whether there were any problems with dubbing and with the balance of the loudness of the characters' speech/the rest of the sounds did not figure out whether the creators themselves were trying to achieve this silence. In any case, the start of the picture was a little alarmed. The development of the plot shows us a rather detailed city of Zion with all its problems. The defense is not prepared, there are some failures everywhere, everyone is essentially preparing for an early death. The actors' performance is on top. Their fear of the face of death in the face of monstrous machines is transmitted through the screen, makes the viewer imbued with this fear. In the "Revolution" there is much less philosophy, so inherent in the first two films. It seems that now the emphasis is on the technical side of the Matrix world. We are shown fights in the real world between killer robots and humans, and viewing makes it clear how fragile human life is in front of this armada of mechanical killers that have amazing speed and no less amazing lethality. The picture is designed to put all the dots in the relationship between people. We see the renewed sympathy between Morpheus and Niobe, the fear of Link and Zee parting for each other, the tender dialogue between Trinity and Neo for the finale. The story of each hero is important for this work. Each of them shows why people fight with machines, why they die. Not for the sake of themselves, each of the fights, he is for the sake of loved ones and loved ones. The finale of the film leads to the eternal confrontation of good and evil. However, the original enemy in the face of machines is now not so terrible. Now a virus, a software error is more dangerous. And his name is Smith. The duel is quite powerful, especially considering the visual effects and accompanying music, but I still lacked something before that cool fight in the "Reboot", where Neo fought with hordes of Smiths. The finale of the picture allows everyone to look at what happened in their own way and decide for themselves whether they like it or not. The Matrix trilogy has become a phenomenon, an excellent example of high-quality cyberpunk, which was shown to people very timely. Technology has just come to such a level that the pictures look cool, and the plot and characters have become iconic, memorable in their own way, giving rise to a whole pop culture at the time. 9 out of 10
